ＮＯＶＡ　会社更生法の適用申請

　英会話学校最大手「ＮＯＶＡ」は２５日深夜、都内で臨時取締役会を開き、創業者・猿橋 望社長の解任を決定。２６日朝、会社更生法の適用を大阪地裁に申請した。

　ＮＯＶＡは今年６月に経産省から一部業務停止命令を受けて以降、資金繰りが急速に悪化 、給料の支払いの遅れが常態化したり、教室の閉鎖が相次いだりしていた。

　ＮＯＶＡは「生徒様を守るための最善の策と考えて決定いたしました」とコメントしてい る。
